The key to success is organization and communication. Your Contract will provide us with the information we need to prepare for your event. Please read, review and return your completed contract as soon as possible. Keep the Tournament Contract for your records and reference. If you would like more detailed information on any aspect of hosting a tournament or golf outing, our Professional Staff would be happy to share with you our years of experience and ideas on successfully hosting tournaments and fundraising. In the meantime please don't hesitate to call if you have any questions.
Our Professional Staff will assist you in all aspects of your golf outing including format, rules, golf bag handling, registration, course set-up, instruction, contests, food & beverage, merchandise, tournament coordination, administration and scoring. You will be assigned a Personal Tournament Coordinator. This person will serve as a source of information and your personal contact at Paa-Ko Ridge.
