The key to success is organization and communication. Your Contract and the Tournament Guide provide us with the information we need to prepare for your event. Please read through this guide, review and complete your contract and return your contract back to us as soon as possible. Keep the Tournament Guide for your records. If you would like more detailed information on any aspect of hosting a tournament or golf outing, our Professional Staff would be happy to share with you our years of experience and ideas on successfully hosting tournaments and fundraising. The Tournament Guide has been developed to help you successfully plan your event and make certain that no detail has been overlooked. Our Professional Staff will assist you in all aspects of your golf outing including format, rules, golf bag handling, registration, course set-up, instruction, contests, food & beverage, merchandise, tournament coordination, administration and scoring. You will be assigned a Personal Tournament Coordinator from our staff. This person will serve as a source of information and your personal contact with our staff here at Paa-Ko Ridge.
